Mumbai Traffic Police Helpless

Mumbai Traffic Police was actually helpless on the night of 2nd December 2017 ( Ed - De - Milad ) as they just watched bunch of Muslim hooligans took the traffic rules for a spin. Crazy bike riders going triple seat without helmets and zipping thru as if they couldn't ride their bike in a straight line could be seen everywhere around the city. Major signals Haji Ali, Mahim, Bandra, Mahalaxmi, Tardeo, Metro to name a few. Where usually one gets caught for jumping a red light, at such spots our Mumbai Traffic Police stood helplessly only taking care of the traffic and ignoring the crazy riders. When questioned why won't they catch them for speeding, triple seat, not wearing a helmet or all of the above in some cases. The traffic police just replied that they were trying to avoid any sort of confrontation which might just lead to a fight. This is the current situation of law and order and people talk about tolerance. First see who the law breakers are and then speak about tolerance and "its not safe in Mumbai / India" .

If traffic rules are made and followed, I believe they are equal for all and no exception. So if on a non Ed day a Non Muslim gets fined for not wearing a helmet. Then why on Ed there's a sudden exemption that allows these crazy riders to zip thru traffic jumping all signals and roam around scot free.
Rule and laws are they just for the 'Aam Aadmi' who respects the Police.
Also when you charge non Muslim Rs 500 for not wearing a helmet. I can just guess the loss of revenue must be in Lakhs or more.
If rules cannot be abided by, then just simply abolish them and stop charging fine for not wearing a helmet.
Anyways those people who are sensible enough to wear a helmet will wear it irrespective of the rules and compulsion. And assholes without heads won't use a helmet to protect it anyways.
